Individual Therapy

In Individual therapy, the client and I will be working on a one-on-one basis with a plan to make positive changes in their life.  My goal is to make sure clients of all ages feel safe and comfortable in opening and sharing their concerns. Many come to therapy for a variety of reasons ranging from unhappiness, anxiety, and working through past trauma.

Ongoing therapy is useful and common for personal growth. Therapy helps other to gain a healthy perspective on the origins of their issues, increased awareness, and overcoming barriers in order to lead happier lives.

Individual sessions focus on the presenting issues by exploring past problems, experiences, relationships etc… I focus on helping my clients develop new coping skills, practice a different way to approach issues, to process and bring understanding in order for healing to take place.
