With nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through crisis, trauma, and life’s challenges, I am passionate about helping people find hope, healing, and resilience. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, or caregiver burnout, I believe healing begins within a safe therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll build effective coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 2008 and am currently completing my final semester of my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University. As a wife of more than 20 years and a parent of two, I understand the joys and challenges families face. I have a special passion for working with children, adolescents, parents, and caregivers, helping them process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and build confidence for the future.

Tengo casi 20 años de experiencia apoyando a personas en situaciones de crisis, traumas y transiciones de vida importantes. En esta nueva etapa de mi carrera como Consejería Clínica de Salud Mental, estoy comprometida a crear un espacio compasivo donde los clientes se sientan vistos, escuchados y comprendidos, mientras adquiriendo saludables estrategias para poder aprender afrontar y desenvolverse en la vida.

Estoy casada desde hace más de 20 años y una madre de dos hijos, soy una apasionada apoyadora de padres y cuidadores que atraviesan cambios de vida y agotamiento (burnout). También me encanta trabajar con niños entrando en sus mundos únicos para ayudarlos a procesar y comprender sus experiencias.
