What is Sleep Training?

Sleep training is a process of helping children fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. Some children are able to do it without any issues and other have difficulty. For the ones experiencing difficulty with falling asleep or staying asleep, sometimes help is needed.

What are the benefits of sleep training?

When we sleep better, we do better. We are more responsive, happier, less depressed/anxious, and more engaged. If people are able to manage their sleep, everything runs more smoothly. For children, sleep is key to their development.

What does sleep training look like?

Our sleep trainer, Christine Lawler, will start with a consultation and answer any questions you may have. She also offers several types of sleep packages where she will give a customized sleep plan.
